It is Ronald L Brown, Inc's policy that unsolicited resumes will not be accepted unless accompanied by an original employment application with original signatures (no faxes and all copies must have original signatures).
Returning employees must complete a new application, new W-4, ILW-4, and I-9. This is a government requirement. All applications for returning employees should include only those changes in employment, criminal history, education, etc. since completing their prior application. All contact information and questions should still be answered as before.
